Therapy sessions

I work one-to-one, with a small number of clients at a time.

Sessions are for 1 hour.

1.5 hour sessions are available by request.

Sessions are usually held weekly or fortnightly.

Location

Sessions are held online via Zoom.

I also offer walk and talk sessions in spaces across Coventry and North Warwickshire.

Walk and talk sessions can be at a place of your choosing like a park or nature reserve or I can suggest somewhere suitable.

Fees

My fees are £75 per hour.

I offer a free 15 minute introductory phone call for new clients.
